She plays a business executive working as laison for Taelons at Doors International.

Renee has been with the resistance since day one. The resistance officially began on "black Wednesday" when the Taelon's arrived on Earth.

Renee worked hard to keep humanity from being exploited by the Taelons. When the Taelons ran short on core energy Liam believed that the Taelons only hope was to combine with the Jaridians once again. A few chosen Taelons and the few Jaridians that arrived to destroy them decided to end the fight and attempt a re-joining in a hidden chamber underneath a mountain.
Episode: "Point of No Return."

The mountain exploded along with her good friend Liam Kincaid. Renee Palmer was determined to find him what happened to him. At the same time, her job at Doors International had began to suffer and her use of company funds was attracting attention from other board members. They gave Renee the option to resign or continue working for Doors International but to end her search for Liam. She decided to leave the company and sell her shares to continue her search for her friend. The search proved to be more than she bargined for.

After extensive searching she found something not quite human. A new threat was unleashed from under the depths of the ocean where she had thought that possibly, Liam was alive. What she unleashed was more than she bargained for. A savage and deadly race that began to enslave mankind more violent than the Taelons ever did. She fought long and hard to reveal these Atavus beast to humanity, if only someone would believe her.
